Discuss the 2nd Amendment of the Constitution.
Amendment II
A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.
The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has made a decision that will force California’s ban on magazines that have more than 10 rounds to be “REPEALED!”
This is a BIG WIN for the 2nd Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
